A Milestone I'll Never Forget – FND Today Magazine Is Here

Paul Edwards holding the first printed copy of FND Today magazine

Today I'm holding the very first printed copy of FND TODAY – a monthly magazine published by Paul Edwards Publishing and dedicated to raising awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).

This journey hasn't always been easy.

There were times when I felt judged rather than encouraged, and times when I felt I had to believe in myself when others didn't. Those experiences could have stopped me. Instead, they became the motivation to keep moving forward.

Today, I'm proud to have published five books and launch an FND monthly magazine. Every page represents resilience, persistence and the decision to keep moving forward.

One of the greatest things this journey has given me isn't just a publishing company it's a community.

To the incredible people living with FND, the healthcare professionals who care, the ambulance crews, clinicians, advocates, readers and the many connections I've made along the way: thank you. Your encouragement, kindness and belief have become the support network that has helped me continue this mission.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Zetti Ibrahim, Founder of Asian Spa Confinement UK. When I needed encouragement, you believed in me and reminded me that I was capable of achieving my goals. Your unwavering support and confidence gave me the determination to keep moving forward. Today, I can proudly say that I did. Thank you for being such an inspiring sister in our Muslim faith and for making a lasting difference on this journey.

Sometimes family is the one you're born into. Sometimes it's the community that stands beside you when you need it most.

This moment isn't the end of the journey it's the beginning of the next chapter.

Five published books. One FND monthly magazine. And we're only just getting started.
