Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add the title you'd like to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other available payment methods shown at checkout.
Can I order a physical book and an ebook together?
Yes — you can add both to your basket and check out in a single order.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT where applicable. UK customers will see VAT included at the standard rate.
Physical Books & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
What if my book arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital Ebooks
What format does the ebook come in?
Ebook formats are listed on each product page. Most titles are available as PDF and/or ePub.
How do I download my ebook after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your file from your order confirmation page. Downloads are available for re-access at any time.
Do I need special software to read the ebook?
PDFs can be opened on any device using a free PDF reader. ePub files can be read using apps like Apple Books, Google Play Books, or Adobe Digital Editions.
I haven't received my download link — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a physical book?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, you may return an unopened physical book within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
Can I get a refund on a digital ebook?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
